At least we get a chance to get out of the arkle bets now. Nice to see buckley telling us early and not letting it drag out. A lot more targets fall into place now.

I would have loved to see him in action over fences as I’m sure most on here would.

was always in the back of my mind that he’d be staying hurdling though and it’s probably the right call.

It seems a lot more likely to be hurdles after that, but unless I’m missing something the doors been left ajar? Makes every novice chase as likely as the Arkle now. 4/9 for the CH seems bloody risky given what’s left to pass between now and then.

if anything I read into that as the arkle being the least likely target, but certainly sounded like it was 95% champion hurdle

don't think its a hoax its on the ATR timeline on twitter , news really only came out last night about 9pm , too late for papers maybe, or maybe they just don't think many people are interested during the flat season
