I give Hendo tons of grief, but this, unlike a lot of his nonsense, is just terrible timing, and it's hard not to feel very sorry for them. Just one of those things and nothing that can be done about it.

It's obviously bad timing and unfortunate for connections so I do feel for them, but I just wish they'd run when they could.

I'm worry it will make Hendo even more conservative too, dash your Sir Gino 2025 slips in the air fryer

There’s so many conflicting opinions amongst the professionals. Dan Skelton and Paul Nicholls have both said tonight that there’s no chance Constitution Hill runs. Shark and Ruby recon he runs and wins.
I think I prefer the opinion of the former two, particularly Dan who explained that this would normally require two weeks rest followed by there weeks work before a race. So he’s a few weeks short not a few days according to Dan.

As he’s still a relatively young horse he could have a few more years at the top
No need to make decisions that they feel could hinder his chances of that imo.
The decisions they make now could enable us to enjoy him for longer.
One thing for sure, he’s with a trainer that gives us the best chance of that.
If he misses Cheltenham, I think we will see him at Punchestown, which would be something to look forward to.Last edited by Carnage at Taunton; 1 March 2024, 07:09 AM.

So run them when they are fit and healthy. Stop making excuses and evolving everything around one race each year. If he won four champion hurdles but ran twice a season he wouldn’t go above Istabraq imo, who I didn’t see, but record speaks for itself.
Same as us humans, could get knocked down by a bus tomorrow. Sorry for the grim analogy but it’s reality.
