Hopefully someone has brought the formbook back inside after it was thrown out the window yesterday

Good luck today lads, hopefully we can all finish in the green! I need 2 results today to get me there, just trying not to get over confident with few drinks in and overbetting! Wise advice to myself just let what I have ride!

            On the day bets
Blood Destiny in the first. BD/GM forecast.

Glory and Fortune e/w Highland Charge e/w - handicap debut off 139. Grade 3 novice hurdle winner last year. Useful 2m novice form at Naas as well.
Will play the win market on the exchange on both.

Still undecided on the Gold Cup. I'll wait until 5 minutes before the off.

            Le Malin e/w
            Dandy Dan e/w

Likely no bet in the Mares

            Spirit of Legend e/w
            West of the Bridge e/w

Got Three Card Brag, Favori and Imagine antepost.

Will do various multiples with Mullins runners just in case he runs away with the Friday again.

            Good luck everyone

I went on Tuesday, purely because the card was top notch and it tends to be a little quieter. Was a great day!... but I was more than happy to be at home watching the remaining 3 races.

Not sure if this is the general feel, people just rather watch it at home now. Or is it me just getting old lol

There are some horses at massive prices in the county today, that on bits and pieces of form look to have a better chance than the prices offered.
                Ganapathi
                Glan
                Highland Charge

All triple figures and lot bigger on exchange
                Had a dabble. Like confetti.

I found the viewing experience in Best Mate pretty poor yesterday - the speaker was crackling so couldn't hear the commentary and the screen was a bit faded. I didn't know Good Boy Jonny had won until his name came up

I wouldn't miss Tuesday or Wednesday for all the tea in China, and enjoy going on Thursday as well, but Gold Cup day just isn't for me. It's a very different experience on course. Generally speaking, far more people intent on getting leathered than watching the actual racing. Each to their own, but it's not for me. Im always shattered after 3 days anyway so watching on telly is a nice change of pace!

Similar to me, although just the first 2 days for me and TV yesterday and today. Did it last year as well and think that may be my plan over the years to come now.

Thought the first 2 days were just brilliant. The races, horses, whole day in general was top notch! Have to say the self serve pint machines in the centaur are brilliant! 1 million times better than the young lads and lassies trying to pour pints…..which they take even longer to do!

After a blistering start the last two days were a bit quieter with no particularly big bets happening bar the Coole Cody roll up. Hoping for a bit better today with some nice antepost positions on Gala Marceau and a couple of others.

I've had a play on Dawn Rising to win the Bartlett, watched this one at Navan when beating American Mike and that was a pretty good staying performance despite Affordale Fury falling and hampering DR. 9L defeat over 2m4 behind Champ Kiely (a consistent one who ran into the very good IEP) reads well and again was staying on at the finish. Probably finishes last but I've had an ew nibble at 20s as I think he will appreciate the step up with the way the last two races went.

I need Hunters Yarn to land a few quid as final legs of accas but cant see it now

Ive had a very small each way bet on Luttrell Lad to hit the frame in the county

I really like Shanbally Kid in the bartlett, Danny Mullins on board tips it for me.

Mentioned Highland Charge in my diary but hadn’t pulled the trigger, but going to have to now that a couple of others have mentioned it
