Hello Fat Jockeys,

Upgrading the Fat Jockey forum!: https://www.crowdfunder.co.uk/p/fatjockeyforum

We're looking to upgrade the 'hosting CPU' so I've set up a crowdfunding project.

I would love it if you could donate using the link below to access my project page. Any contribution large or small will be hugely appreciated. Thank you.

Thanks for all the suggestions so far, think Third time lucky has booked his place by the responses so far, what’s everyone’s thoughts on Fact to file in the bumper trying to find some value on top of a certainty or two

I agree think that jockey booking has probably made my mind up on another for the Yankee

Is it though?? Is he really that good?? 8% win rate from 297 rides this season. That is bloody awful!

I think it's relative to what rides he gets tbh.

                Danny Mullins is 12%
                Rachael Blackmore 14%
                Jordan Gainford 9%

And you would imagine all of them would get significantly better rides than Michael O'Sullivan does and yet 1%, 4% & 6% difference is not what I was expecting.

Michael O'Sullivan is reliable when on a good one.

Marine Nationale and Good Land are two prime examples.

I've always rated a jockey by how they perform on the more difficult rides not the easy ones. He's still to convince me. Plenty of time yet though.

Current thoughts on the Wednesday card:-

Ballymore looks deadly but quite like Inthepocket ew.

Gerri Colombe looks banker material in the Brown ADV.

Like both HMS Seahorse & Icare Allen in the Coral Cup with preference for the latter at current odds.

Just prefer Edwardstone in the Champion Chase.

X-Country looks a toss of a coin between the front two in the market... would probably prefer Galvin (on decent ground).

Really like Third Time Lucki for the Grand Annual... he wants decent ground and I'm praying that he runs! Also like Thyme White ew.

A Dream To Share looks the right FAV (on decent ground) but prefer a speculative ew interest on Captain Teague.

So maybe... Gerri Colombe, Edwardstone, Galvin and Third Time Lucki... as options for a win Yankee

Or... Inthepocket, Icare Allen, Thyme White and Captain Teague.... as options for an ew Yankee

They both look like good options to me Eudipe . . ., although i'm not a T.T.L. fan.!.
                      .................................
                      I'd suggest ... Gerri C, Inthepocket , Icare Allen , Thyme white . - e/w. ... good Luck for this ..

Looks like the soft ground will arrive for my big hope in the Grand Annual Shakem Up'arry. Big price at around 20s if you watch his run on NYD over a distance too far. I had recently switched allegiances to Rouge Vif but ground maybe against him and he's short enough now for what he's achieved. TTL probably needs better ground as well of those mentioned?

What’s everyone’s opinions on saint segal instead of TTL? Going off TTL due to the likely ground, will post the final selection tonight, on a nightshift and don’t want to end up sleeping past the 6pm deadline tomorrow

That I don't like beaten favourites and Before Midnight is weighted to finish level with him but had CD form, and is a bigger price

And Tom Segal tipped Saint Segal and thats not a headline I want to see

Would the ground not worry you a little with Before Midnight?
