Me too !! Impressive from HDS. Looked like he loved it out in front and went through the ground lovely. He's certainly improved for a fence. He could easily come into Arkle contention or maybe even Turners.

Wonder if they’ll run him down the field in a few graded races and target the grand annual with him now that he’s had plenty of experience.

You'd think so but I didn't expect it to last until now. Probably down to how inexperienced he is and the fact that he's in Facile Vega's shadow and will remain so until they start running. He has it all to prove yet.

Uncertain. Stayers is suggested as preferred target but the door certainly wasn't closed on novice chasing. Unsurprising really given that is what Joe told a member on her a couple of weeks ago (can't remember who sorry).

From what I heard there’s no mention of either Facile Vega or Marine National in OJA which I find very very strange, I can only assume there are strong noises that either they’ve both had setbacks or the Supreme form is guff, either way not mentioning the Supreme 1-2 when both confirmed to go chasing stinks to me, which probably means everything will shorten outside the top pair…

The problem with oja is he doesn’t do a Mullins stable tour it’s just a Ricci stable tour so unless Mark picks facile vega/Marine nationale in his 40 to follow then they might not get much of a mention. He likes to unearth a few gems rather than pick lots of familiar names.
