…..with NRNB, probably better to have done this on Monday. Regardless, Paul has obviously put a lot of effort in so fingers crossed for the selection.

Yep, good luck for everyone who's backed it. I'll probably stick it in one of my ew cross trebles on the day if it's still around 8's.

Do the related form double with midnight river in the plate and that should sort it

Bit of an anti climax for me as well as already backed him some time ago.

Thanks for the effort put in Spectre.
Its good to know there’s confidence behind a horse I’ve backed in a handicap.

                      Are you Spectre in disguise??

                      What price did you get??

I've not even looked at the race. It does look pretty desperate.

I'm glad I've got on NRNB this year. I lost 9pts last year on Galahad Quest. I genuinely wouldn't have looked at the selection for this race, so glad to be on board for the ride.

Haha, I can’t take any credit, was given to
me by a mate , was 22 at the time

Great stuff Spectre . Really good case made as ever. A question though; when was the last time an Ultima winner had never even run over 3m? I've been back 20 years and can't find one. We all know the RPR stat and that 9 in 10 winners have won over 3m, but not to have even tried 3m does concern me. Does the trip not concern you at all? Is there something about this year/this horse specifically which has meant you are happy to discount that unknown?
