Thanks Spectre, this is much appreciated.

Just a quick one, will you be able to tell us which bookies are best priced before hand to be able to get cash in there? I use different people's accounts so money might have to be shifted to different bank accounts etc which could cause a delay.

I joined in last year but can't remember if we got that info beforehand.
