Point was I trying to made COD was that it’s not a case of fairness.. but a case of them trying to win the race.

For WPM it’s your number 1 horse & your number 1 jockey

PT obviously wants to be top jockey too, I’m guessing Mullins would appease that desire quicker as he’s the stable jockey than throwing Jacob on for fairness sake (who is a super rider in himself)

Yeah, I get that, I'm just not as convinced Paul always gets the choice. As good as he is he's no Ruby.

      • The rating Impaire gets will be interesting.

I can't see it being higher than mid to high 140's

Gaelic likely to have a rating around 10lb higher in the UK.

Despite the rumours, it'd be hard for Paul to not ride the top rated, especially if I'm in the right ball park.

I know Patrick is a top amateur Jockey but, I wouldn't be happy for him to ride Gaelic Warrior. I doubt it's set in stone, but it puts me off.

I have to admit I don’t like Gaelic having Patrick on board. I’d have much preferred Danny Mullins who showed last year on Flooring Porter he knows exactly what to do when a fruitcake starts looking to jump across rather than straight.

Ain't no fuckin' ballpark neither. Now look, maybe your method of massage differs from mine, but, you know, touchin' his wife's feet, and stickin' your tongue in her Holiest of Holies, ain't the same fuckin' ballpark, it ain't the same league, it ain't even the same fuckin' sport. Look, foot massages don't mean shit.

When stuff on here reminds me of film quotes, I sometimes hesitate before I post for fear noone gets it. Other times I just think, fuck it

              All time great movie.

When I have a big win I always think of Marsellus, in the cellar.

                I see that.
I think there are some horses who respond to certain styles and Mullins clearly gets that, so jockey bookings aren’t necessarily Townend 1, Casey 2 etc…

Well anyone whose backing GW would surely want someone better than P Mullins!!

IEP is the number 1 and Paul will ride, Patrick on GW and Danny on CK. How they rode them today too in the work.

Huge concerns on ground for GW , he needs it soft.

Just remind me your connection to the yard again mate ?

I can totally go with the riding arrangements as per people seeing them in the most recent work etc.
Even though if I was Paul I'd want to work them all during the run up, if I could.
And Jacob won't be there every day.

But the ground comment don't make sense, especially the use of the word "Huge".

Don't lose that confidence now lad

Seriously though, a hugely disappointing jockey booking that'd be.

Jacob still seems unsure if he'll ride anyway. Which makes me think Townend gets to choose. And IEP would be the correct choice.

This close you ride what your most likely on at Chelt - you have 1 away day with horses this week so that's how the away days are setup. Paul rode numerous horses today, all the ones that he's planned to sit on at Chelt.

They think hes very dependent on it soft.

                          • Patrick on Gaelic, if I'd backed him, would be enough for me to cash out or lay him for a free bet.

Surely there's a professional jockey who can ride him linked to the Mullins camp but coming out of Willie's balls is a powerful argument to get the ride.
