Nap - Mighty Potter, not bothered what Willie puts in the race he'll beat them.

Lay - Facile Vega, having the rest of the field running for me at even money, yes please.

Each Way Double - Shishkin Gold Cup 40/1 (With Chantry House no longer taking in the Cotswold I can see Shishkin taking a big step up, if he wins well 40's will look great) Irish Point Supreme 20/1 shouldn't be this price if he lines up, worry would be the Naas entry (possibly looking to step up). They missed a trick and should have taken on FV over Christmas imo.

Nap: allegorie de vassy - mares chase - I think the two sloppy jumps at the end of her chasing debut were down to ground and trip having not had a run for a year or so, she just got a little tired, other than that she was flawless. Trip and track would look perfect for her at Cheltenham and she will improve for that first run out, can’t see anything that has a ceiling anywhere near as high as hers in the race. If she gets round she wins for me.

Lay: Hermes Allen ballymore - I really don’t like the idea of the English novices getting to Cheltenham without having had a proper race, versus the Irish contingent who will have been off the bridle and had a real scrap at some point in the season. The lawlors looks a strong race, and It’s not hard to see whatever Townend rides being going a short priced fav after. You also have some others in Ireland who have the potential to still be very good, horses like impaire et passe, American Mike, good land, Irish point etc. the race will be deep enough.

e/w: did I ask you that - 33/1 bumper - This one is a huge each way price at the moment. The horse had only been in the yard for a month before his run at Christmas, he pulled most of the way round and Patrick said he thought he was gonna win by 10 lengths but the horse just emptied. He still put up a 124 RPR which is right up there for what we’ve seen this season and Patrick said he will come on bundles for it. He’s very sharp and would suit a stronger run race like the bumper.

Beaten once in all starts,so far over fences he looks twice the horse he was last season, jumps, travels & finds plenty after the last,I keep hearing the Irish will have one to beat him but so far nothing has laid a glove on him and I'll be surprised if this trend doesn't continue, right age, right trainer, versatile regarding going & already has a G1 in the book, also has dipped under 4m in a chase start,I don't get the negativity at all & think the others have it all to do to beat him.

Lay - Honeysuckle CH / Mares.
For me last season she was winning ugly against horses who weren't quite good enough & the times/ratings suggested she was on a downward curve abert from a pretty high point so she scraped by,went to Punchestown and she looked a horse out of love with the game to my eye,she won but beating echoes in rain & darasso isn't G1 form in my opinion & this season she always looked likely to struggle, beaing turned over by Klassical Dream & teahupoo in the Hattons Grace was the final straw for me & I don't see her running to her numbers from last season, with the CH looking likely to be a host of young improving horses with Constitution Hill as well I suspect they'll go for the mares, but that's the same with a whole host of younger upcoming horses ready to better what they've achieved so far,She's been a star for 5 seasons but I'm not sentimental and will be laying her wherever she runs in win & place markets.

        EW - Ballygrifincottage BANC (RSA)
Very lightly raced with only 4 starts under rules does have point to point form with 3 wins from 4 (UR) which is handy for a novice chaser to have so much fencing experience imo,Started off over hurdles in a G3 at HQ when only going down by 6 1/4 lengths behind Blazing Khai & Gelino Bello which is fair going given that pair had the benefit of 5 starts (BK) & 2 starts (GB) over him,won easy enough nto then ran a blinder in the spud race making up plenty of ground late on,looked a natural on debut over fences giving Beauport an 11 length beating in reciept of 8lbs,Beauport let the form down last week but it was the manner of BGC victory that was taking rather than the formline it gave us, very assured he barely put a foot wrong going long or short when required, has course & festival form although none of it is winning form I feel the experience won't be lost on him,bit concerned he hasn't been seen since but with 3 G1 novice chases coming over the next 5 weeks at 3m I expect he'll turn up in one of those,I'm hopeful rather than confident that he'll run here but if he does I give him a real chance of showing himself to be a chaser to keep onside for the next few seasons.

Galopin Des Champs (Gold Cup). Very special horse.

          Lay
Facile Vega (Supreme). Bumper winner to Supreme doesn't work for me.

          EW
Chemical Energy (NH Chase). The forgotten horse. Gaillard Du Mesnil not certain to go here and CE getting the special Elliot treatment for this.

Nap: Lossiemouth (Tri) - What more do people want from her? Gave Gala Marceau 3lbs and still did it easily. Gala may well improve, but they've both run over hurdles the same number of times now and Gala has additional experience from the flat, so arguably if anyone is open to further improvement... A whole host of other talking horses have been walloped so far too.
            NB: Blue Lord (Ryanair, NRNB).

Lay: Hermes Allen (BNH), usual ITV, British hype nonsense.
NB: Gerri Colombe (BANC), aka Boaty McBoatface.

Each-way: Rare Edition (SNH) 16/1 in the without Facile Vega market.
            NB: Good Land (BNH/AB, NRNB)

              Chosen Witness (Bumper)
Think he's the best I've seen in the division so far.

              Lay
              Facile Vega (Supreme)
              Prefer Marine National for it.

              EW
              Seabank Bistro (A.Bartlett)
Think he's better than this season's form suggests, needs to improve his jumping but will be better suited going left handed.

Lay - Allaho - Getting concerned that he may be a 'no show', would like a run soon

                  E/W - Conflated - Think he's an improving type

Nap - Friday Treble, Lossiemouth, Galopin Des Champs, Allegorie De Vassy.

Lay - Facile Vega, at the prices and as a Bumper winner, take him on. May well prove me wrong but he’s never been a price to get involved in.

E/W - James Du Berlais, whichever race he goes for think, he’s still a very good each way price.

NAP - Delta Work. Wins and wins well. 3+ Lengths currently 5/2 on SB. Opposition won't have prep on Chelt course which also plays into his favour. Galvin could be the only danger imo if they even opt to go that route with him that is.

LAY Jonbon- whilst he has definately improved for a fence just feel Willie has a few darts here more than capable of upsetting the party so likely to be some tactics to stop JB getting his own way.

EW Paisley Park - you just know its gonna be a messy stayers with question marks over all of the front of the market, but not for PP! He'll run his usual race and keep on for a place when front end do each other in and he runs on for a place. 14/1

NAP - Gerri Colombe Brown Advisory - Really hoping this horse runs in this race, just looks a stayer and needs 3m, solid jumping, solid prep. I'm already on the horse at 33s for this and fancied it all season for this race. I can't really see many horses that could beat it when there going to other races and the British horses doesn't look that strong either.

LAY - Epatante Mares, Hermes Allen Ballymore - Epatante no idea why it's short when she's already been beaten by Maries Rock in the past. Hermes Allen overhyped horse, short price should not be anywhere near 4/1.

E/W - Classic Getaway Turners 8/1 NRNB - Really hoping this horse goes for this race, since Sir Gerhard may not race again this season, I'm hoping they put this horse in this race since this is the trip the horse needs. The form looks solid from the horses it's beaten. On soft/heavy ground it ran impressively. Mighty Potter is a good horse but I would prefer Claasic for this since its prove to stay on strongly and the same owners of Sir gerhard are thinking of wanting this horse to be in this race.
