    Quevega There is a quote from Connell namechecking the Turners for Good Land. It was pretty throw away if I recall. I’ll try and find it.

    Edit: The quote from racing TV. Hardly confidence inspiring

    “Hopefully he’s an Arkle horse and Good Land would be one for the Turners or whatever.”

        Yeah, just sky at the moment, hills usually do one at some point and that's it. Paddy used to do one but not any more.

          Thought I'd go through and make a quick shortlist for next year, novice hurdles will of course be off bumpers as we'll have a load of PTPers and AQPS horses which we havent seen yet

              Shed need to stop pulling so hard to be getting further

              The hood did seem to work in the triumph but they did also go very quick early on

              I quite like the idea of Magical zoe for the mares myself though the price isn't big enough to pull me in

                I like her but I just can't back anything that will have heskin on board, hes the jumps version of jamie spencer for me

                  Rich ricci comments in aftermath of lossiemouths triumph win. I wonder if they'll have a Vauban type strengthening up season next year where they aren't too hard on her?

                  "She is only four so maybe in two years time she will go for the Champion Hurdle depending on Constitution Hill and the rest of the field. For the time being Punchestown is the next thing for Lossiemouth and we will take it from there."

                          Even before reading that, I already had it in my head that she would be in no (wo)man’s land next season. I’m not sure the mares hurdle distance is her bag and if any of the main potential Champion Hurdlers (CH, IEP, State Man) go for the race, she won’t be beating them.

                              I don't know anything about the horse but he has one in the betting for the Supreme - Apple's Of Bresil be one for the tracker.

                                Don’t back it yet is what I was told. Was meant to run at a bumper at Fairyhouse last month but had an issue.
