I’d like to know how long the impervious purchase has been in the offing.....I’m always wary of how much upwards trajectory horses have if a sale has been planned ahead. She has been my main dart in this and I’m struggling to not look at the sale as a negative.

Yes totally get the motivation but do you know if it was an impulse/circumstantial purchase triggered by the defeat of Dino or whether it was already in the pipeline?

No idea unfortunately but it maybe doesn't say much about the other two does it? I kind of liked the angle of Dinoblue taking Impervious on in march with 3lb in hand this time. However, AdV could blow them all out of the water.

Regards the sale, it's surely been no secret she's been for sale in racing circles if the trainer had no qualms about saying it live on RTE after her win. I know he said he wanted to keep training her too so that might reassure you if it's announced she's staying in the same yard?

DB was ridden differently that day mind and was nowhere near the winner.

It made me go back and check their hurdles runs so that's why I remember!

I have no strong opinion on the race whatsoever but I think I need to get her in a few multiples as that’s made me sit up and take notice! ‘Odds on if she runs!’
