  • Impressive from Comfort Zone there

Firmly in the picture for this

Tekao travelled nicely and is probably still a bit weak, might progress into a Boodles horse

Willie said he'd come on a tonne for that, came there like a very good horse I thought, wouldn't be giving up on him yet..

Much improved run from Jazzy Matty also, Davy didn't give him a hard time.

….I think Jazzy Matty was known as Jamestown previously and mentioned by Scooby some time ago as one for the Boodles. Into 16-1 a/r with Hills.

Yeah certainly looked like a race where there were a few in behind you could follow

Yeah - didn’t get the clearest of runs Jazzy Matty - maybe one for the Boodles?

              • Tekao has me in the classic state that we all get suckered in by ..... watched him throughout, thought he was going to bolt up ... then seemed to just find nothing, and therefore now I think he's a handicap plot

Just not good enough.... always the same. Repeat.

                  • I think Tekao will come on alot for that race, could be a boodles horse but could still be good enough for the Triumph.

He was coming on the bridle and then it seemed as though Mark Walsh got caught out and started to race too late.

Willie Mullins column in sporting life did say the horse would be green today:

"He’s fit and well and could win but whatever he does on Sunday, he will improve an awful lot in the future."

only a shame that I decided to take another slice of 14/1 instead of the 33s now available.

Different style of getting beaten though.

Vauban lost nothing in the defeat really, looked unlucky and obvious where his improvement would come.

Tekao won't be winning the Triumph after that today.

Jazzy Matty on the other hand, a nice quiet ride from Davy without asking for much, couple more runs before March

Nice to see you back stirring the pot Kev!

Tekao has only ran twice in his young life (once on the flat) and hadn't raced for 215 days so you would think that there would be plenty of improvement to come. Jazzy Matty is also very inexperienced having had only two runs (both over hurdles) so again you would hope he keeps on improving with racing. In contrast, the winner was running for the seventh time so much more experienced than the second and third horses.

For Inneston he said he will be out before Christmas and is a lovely horse.

Big-race winners Nassalam and Editeur Du Gite head a talented team as Gary Moore prepares for further success in the coming weeks.
