…Jupiter enhanced 33-1 ‘win today & TH’ with Hills for those fancying that double.

    • Jupiter lost all chance at the start - a typical Moore nutter.

British horses aren't good enough - as we thought before the race, Mullins has got this between his lot.

      • That should finally silence the Jupiter cheerleaders

        • Looked like Scriptwriter lost an iron or something? Brennan was leaning over to the rail like he was unbalanced

          edit: Saddle slipped

          • I agree I'm not going to judge Scriptwriter to harshly for this defeat. Would hope the saddle won't slip next time.

as a backer of scriptwriter i'm damn pleased with that performance.
on ground he wouldn't have loved. should hopefully be perfect march.
comfort zone came to win today. jp clearly rates him a triumph contender, otherwise he sits on his mark today.
scriptwriter looked to have had tack problems in the home straight.
I'd expect him to improve again.
              it aint over yet buddy

scriptwriter had a clear dis advantage due to tack problems in the home straight.

I'd say thats optimistic. Comfort Zone was annihilated by Lossiemouth on her first run in Ireland. He isn't close to the best of the Irish - Scriptwriter will probably turn the form around with Comfort Zone but he's going to have to find 10+ lengths of improvement to get near Lossiemouth and Blood Destiny.

                • Yes. I'd say if there was just one Irish potential superstar juvenile, you'd have to fancy Scriptwriter, never be worried about just one horse, but we have two, plus next week we may well have a third potential, if Gala Marceau runs well at Leopardstown.

Add Gust of Wind for potential as well.

                      annihilated? maybe comfortably beat.
sure he's got some more improving to do.
and it possibly is a little bit optimistic. But I'm certainly not without hope on that run i would say.

                        I like the nutters.
Think he has talent, but will never compete at the top
level if he refuses to settle a heck of a lot better than that.

                          Yep.

Willie has the race by balls!

                          • Scriptwriter would have decent chance in the boodles imo he wouldnt go up more than a couple of pounds and on better ground ,without the tack issues is probably well ahead of his mark.

Personally I'd like to see him take in the Adonis and beat whichever Nicholls horse turns up there, skip Cheltenham and go to Aintree fresh but no chance of that happening. Could get a grade 2 and grade 1 on his sheet then.

Jockey has said Scriptwriter doesn't like the whip and pulls when in front so sounds a difficult ride.
