They've got Chemical Energy, Frontal Assault & Fakiera all qualified, I'm not convinced they'll be targeting any more at the race tbh.
Can see Crooner going down the handicap route, myself.
Well Fakiera has a low mark so could go the Kim Muir but the same owner has Indigo Breeze.
Frontal stayed on in 6th in the Thyestes having been outpaced early on and a slower run NHC over the longer trip might suit him and hit the frame.
Crooner might only be left with the Ultima handicap wise as his uk mark i think was 146 or if not just thrown in the 3m Novice chase as a big priced outsider.

Is there an off the bridle from start to finish handicap ? (The Deano's Beeno chase)
Hopefully he does turn up and run, however there is a serious lack of rain over the next few days and the ground is showing as Good/Soft already, so it wouldn't be his supposed softer ground, although I think he'd probably be just fine on better ground anyway, myself.
track will be watered surely? So no problem with good to soft, I also recall robcour saying they have no problem running him on spring ground

Tbh I think the ground thing has been overplayed myself. I was just mentioning it because that seems to have been what has been mentioned numerous times on here which was mostly trainer led, I believe.

I have a suspicion about Minella Crooner, I don't think he wants the 3m that has been suggested myself.
I have him down as a Plate horse myself, for reasons I will share when I get the time.

Crooner's 146 rating was given before his last run so a chance he is dropped a lb or two and sneaks in the Kim Muir.
Does anyone actually believe El Fabiolo will run in the 2m5 this weekend and not the irish arkle? I see hes out to 15s on the exchange for the Arkle but I think he will at least be given a chance to see how he improves his jumping over 2m before making any decisions. Obviously the caveat to El Fab going up in trip surely makes JDB then step up also, I can't see anyway they'll run both in the Turners.

I still think he may run over here. In the Kingmaker.
If you're Willie, and Paul wants to ride Appreciate It or Dysart Dynamo then why not let El Fabiolo test the waters over here with Daryl on board.
It'd help him decide how many arrows he may need to run in the arkle vs the turners.

He's quite a speedy keen going horse, I'd be surprised if he stepped up in trip.
