You fancy HDO for the Arkle ? Must be a huge price.

FWIW, I actually think if he goes for the Arkle he could run a big race for a long way... But no, I mean he will win at Doncaster Saturday

May be worth doing a Win today/Arkle bet for small stakes. Odds would be big.

                • Did Gordon Elliott not say Chemical Energy was being put away until the Festival? Notice he’s entered in Cheltenham at the weekend and Naas on Sunday. Maybe change of plans.

Yes, that’s what he said. He said a similar thing about RWF last year, however, that was after his Xmas run so not quite as pronounced. He then entered RWF multiple times but never ran him.

If he is entering him then you’d think he was planning a run - why bother if not?

                        It's happening Opatcho, it's happening......

He will absolutely be smashed up if he wins well.

It's a terrible race he will be long odds on and will win if he completes

                          another schooling session incoming

Unless they get a 2nd run in to him impossible to fancy him strongly for anything

Be different if he wasn't a dual Festival winner. If he wins and looks good then I'll trust Willie to get him there on the back of one run. It was only a minor setback by all accounts. He's a top, top horse so he has the class and ability to be competitive in any race he runs in.

                            • If he looks a natural over fences he'll take a decent trim in the Arkle and Turners markets. All about how he jumps isn't it, because as has been said the opposition is crap.

                              • Bookies already shortening up Sir G before he runs and pushing others out. Mental.
