My Emotional Intelligence is in the excellent range and so is my self awareness (years of gazing in the mirror at myself has paid off)

However, I'm also increasingly creeping up the spectrum for autism, which I find is a brilliant excuse to use for my anti social and pernickety ways with regards some aspects of life.
very much like the comedian Jon Richardson.

What l I have done is give my opinion, and talked about my own struggles, between loving a sport that I feel can and does imo understate the painful reality that this sport can be brutal in terms of fatalities and injuries, both major and minor.

I won’t go into the subsequent exchanges as I suspect the way I worded my posts back then allowed the opportunity for being judged incorrectly and I am to blame for that absolutely and I am slowly realising that in order to avoid similar fate I have to put enormous effort into the precise wording of posts.

Unfortunately I suffer from hyper sensitivity which is a real thing believe it or not therefore it is much better for me to take more care over the wording of my posts than most as I have suffered a great deal when I have worded things clumsily in the past.

I am a hypocrite because my love for the sport is greater than any sympathy I have for the horses which is why I have carried on watching today. I struggle enormously with my hypocrisy ...others handle it much better than I do and i am envious. Next time if you want to judge me you have the option of clarifying my intent first. If you choose not to do that as is your right there is nothing I can do about that.
Well that makes me a hypocrite too then.
Because I love the sport despite it containing harm to those who enable me to enjoy it, and being an animal
lover I probably should switch off, but I also carry on watching cos I’m hooked.
But I need to stop reacting the way I do at times, like I have today.

          Well I had to didn’t I !!
Yes, he was better than ok in his jumping, and he does look a natural.

Good to see Dysart Dynamo settle and win a slow on the clock race.

Now just need to see if he is over his heart issue in a strongly run Irish Arkle.

Have there been any comments about his issue at Punchestown last year?
DD given a 155p by Timeform. Apprexiate It 150P and El Fabiolo 152p. Jonbon got a 152P on debut.

I think, asides from the festival itself, that the Irish Arkle is the race i am most looking forward to.
Going to be fascinating to watch and see how much any of them improve from their debut over fences and if it becomes really clear who the best will be.
My gut feeling is AI won’t be there, but I do think there’s a fair chance Mullins will have the other 3 there.

Don't envy the person that has to try and rate those three Irish horses races. All massive odds on, given easy leads and had public schooling sessions.

                  • Given my previously expressed views about RPRs, I feel slightly reticent about quoting their first run marks for the main players in the Arkle. However, I also said that we all use them to back up our own opinions so, with the rider that a rating for a single run is an almost impossible ask, we now have a full set of figures. An inexact and subjective view but at least presumably impartial.

                    159 Jonbon (2nd run 164)
                    159 El Fabiolo
                    155 Saint Roi (2nd run 158)
                    154 Appreciate It
                    154 Dysart Dynamo

I could argue those RPR's but, shall just wait until all of them have had a second run
Feel Dysart could easily hit mid 160 with Jonbon
not so sure about the rest, low 160's

Sir Gerhard - probably out for the season
Allegorie De Vassy - mares chase almost certainly
                        State Man - champion hurdler
Dysart Dynamo - 2m or not at all
Gerri Colombe - BANC or NHC
                        Jonbon - Arkle
                        Thyme Hill - BANC
I really fancy Mighty Potter and think his only challengers will come from ElFab, Appreciate It. James De Berlais and Monmiral. Note these 4 could easily go to other races or not at all in Monmiral's case which would make MP and even stronger fancy imo.

For a variety of reasons Mighty Potter has enhanced his claims for Cheltenham without running this Christmas.

Gaillard du mesnil winning a grade 1. And looking like his main rival at Dublin if that's the way they go.
The Faugheen Novice chase won by Gerri Colombe also franked his form, via those in behind.
The sad loss of 3 stripe.
All of Willies 2 mile options remain solid enough meaning it's likely the one that under performs the next day will be the Turner's horse.
And other potential rivals have not been sighted.
The UK challenge looks as thin as it gets.

I have money down on 3 horses for the turners at present.
Mighty Potter, Appreciate It & Minella Cocooner.
It would take a fair performance for me to back anything else at this point.

The only other horse I have cash on is Minella Cocooner too. I'm going to cover Monmiral before Saturday's run as I quite liked his debut behind Jonbon and feel he will be more suited to the Turner's trip. I'll also cover the others after NRNB comes in as insurance due to MP being a large pay out if he wins.

Agree entirely, my original & main pick is MP but I’ve had a good cover in Appreciate It, 12/1 with B365 is very good value he’s half that with the cute hoors in Paddies.

Agree with all that Q. One of Willies Arkle horses is likely to step up IMO and El Fab, who was the least impressive jumper, might be the one. If you add him to your list at 10/1 I suspect you've prob backed the Turners winner.
