His official rating was only 150 over hurdles. That has a lot of other potential, more likely to improve, novice chasers, with a higher hurdle mark than him, so I'm not sure what the point about his hurdle mark you are making? Or did you mean his Chase mark?

He has a heap more improvement required, which I just don't see happening for a second season novice.
