            • You’d think they’d want to get Fil Dor over fences after that. Bad mistake 2 out but not entirely sure he’d have won anyway. Not sure why Jack didn’t make it a test. Unlikely to be worrying anything in Grade 1 hurdles.

Yep, straight over fences now. Think that was always the plan anyway.

                • Giving 9 pounds to Brazil is a tough ask first time out so not too surprised he didn't win. Not watched it yet but they should send him over fences now. I'm not actually sure he will trouble Mullins lot over 2m though.

It's definitely ominous but not in a good way

That they are contemplating staying hurdling would worry me a little

Fil dor absolutely belted the second last hurdle, may have won had he not

Decision would be down to who out of State Man and Sir G would be staying hurdling or going chasing as he doesn't need to throw 3 at CH along with Vauban. Sounds like they've now made up their minds. Right decision imo.

Awful mistake. Tough to know if he would have won without it but would have been close.

I don't think Brazil has particularly enhanced the Champ Kiely form either. For me he isn't up to his handicap mark and won the Boodles due to having the flat speed to win a sprint finish off a slow pace.

                          • Pentland Hills looks to be ignored a little in the Arkle Trial. Better than these over Hurdles.

The Morgiana will be crucial to this decision.
If Vauban gets well beat especially.
