Trying to lure people in before NRNB?

Just thought interesting and worth a mention.

Also any clues on the exchanges for mullins no1 in the lawlors?
I can't think of any sceanrio where they've pushed out a price and got it 'wrong'

Don't back FV for the Ballymore without NRNB, you'll do your money.

    • Do we think both GW & GCW will run on Sunday?

      I think they will

Hahaha I am kind of joking, but pretty easy ante post fav to look to take on, despite the positives .....
You are indeed right Kev, it was more the rating he got, compared to others that didn’t seem right. Pretty much won the Grade 1 eased down.

After Sunday he’ll be second fav anyway

              Grangeclare West 5/4
              Gaelic Warrior 5/2
              Inothewayurthinkin 5/1
              Irish Point 5/1
              Champ Kiely 7/1
              Dawn Rising 7/1
              Spanish Harlem 9/1
              14/1 bar
Affordale Fury at 16/1 if declared stands out when compared with Dawn Risings odds.

Grangeclare West being much shorter than Gaelic Warrior - do they know Gaelic isn't going or if Townend has picked Grangeclare West?

Intriguing race. Got a couple in there who are likely to be aimed at Cheltenham handicaps I would have thought but the winner should go favourite for the Ballymore.

              • A fair bit of Blue for the Warrior this evening for Lawlors.

Looking back at his RPR’s (max 141) and this being his fourth run, do you think he might be given an educational ride? He could end up well handicapped and the forgotten horse.

                      Something has to give.

Either a Challow Hurdle winner winning the Ballymore
A 7 year old winning the Ballymore
A French bred second season novice, having run at the previous festival winning the Ballymore

All three options you'd not find high on the list of any stats/trends for the race.

Obviously something else could win it, but as it stands they are the three that make the market.

                      • Maybe this is the year the long running Challow stat is broken......must be the longest running stat in history.

                        • When you talk about Willie plotting a County hurdler.
The most obvious one this year is a mare.
Which makes it less likely, but if Ashroe Diamond wasn't a mare then I'd be all over her for the county.
I'd even bet her if Willie had a more obvious mares novice contender, but he don't, as yet.

                          • If Warrior skips Lawlors and G West wins it di we expect G West to then go Ballymore or would the Albert still be a viable option?
