very taking that from Halka Du Tabert, the right one finished 2nd with distance in between. The 2nd having form tied in with the AB fancy, you'd have to say the form looks solid. 16's looks a bit of value to me.Long bitcoin, long gold, long silver, long g/s opening day Cheltenham Festival

Managed to take some win today odds with Hills before the off too - expected a bigger clip than to 16s to be honest

Gordon Elliott’s Halka Du Tabert followed up a bumper win by making most of the running in the Care At Home Services Mares Maiden Hurdle under Jack Kennedy.
Mullins’ Eabha Grace was the evens favourite but having briefly looked a threat, she had no answer to the 5-2 winner close home, going down by 11 lengths.
“She’s a nice mare. She has a good, high cruising speed but just gallops at the back of it and I told Jack to make plenty of use of her today,” said Elliott.
“I liked from the second last to the line the way she galloped. I’d say she’s smart.
“She might go next for the Solerina in Fairyhouse at the end of January.”
Which would be over 2m2f then stepping back to 2m1f to take in the mares novice possibly? Sounds like they just want to go hard from the front over shorter at this stage instead of stepping her up.

We've seen Jet Powered once! You'd have said the same about Altior in October 2015, or Shishkin in Jan 2020. We learn what these horses are in the fullness of time, so there is zero merit in comparing a once raced maiden winner with Henderson's historical best.

”He’s a very nice horse but I’m not sure he’s quite in the same league at the moment as our previous best novices. I’m not in any great rush with him because he’s quite an active, busy person who I hadn’t done an awful lot with before Newbury and he will improve a lot for that. He’ll be out in the New Year“

Impossible to know from Lobos quote that it was relayed information and not a personal opinion given the way it was phrased.

Good to know he’s out again fairly soon.
I liked his performance first time, next race will be interesting for sure.
Thanks again Lobos.
