Nicky cooling the flames on Jet Powered
The ones he’s cooler on have often proved to be the ones you want inside compared to those he hypes up to be fair

      • From Henderson’s Unibet blog

        Jet Powered (Nico De Boinville)

He’s from the Irish Point to Point field who won very impressively on his only run and was subsequently purchased by Joe Donnelly. Everything he has shown has been very good and he is a very exciting prospect.

Maybe he’d had a couple of Brandy’s before the interview.

One of the few I've got a strong opinion on so far so I really hope she runs and lives up to what I've heard and read in the media. If she does impresses, i'm worried the Supreme route could be considered!

          • Gavin Cromwell in Irish Racing stable tour - they're not taking anything for granted with Letsbeclearaboutit but believe he's retained all pre-injury ability and all being well, the Albert Bartlett is his long term target.

He would be going to the 2M7F Grade 2 at Christmas then, with a MdnH win somewhere in between, potentially.

We’re in the same boat YH and I had exactly the same concern, however, when at Cheltenham the other week I challenged one or two people who are connected to the yard and they said the Supreme route wasn’t being considered…

I'm pretty sure Henderson has not run a mare in the Supreme for at least the last ten years (and he's had some good ones) so it would be very out of character to send her there.

And as risk averse as he is, hard to see him taking on some absolute weapons like Facile Vega or potentially Jet Powered etc. when if she’s that good she could have a penalty kick in the Mares Novice.

I'd love to see him piss up like a proper animal. Market needs it

Hoep the animals and jockeys in behind were OK, looked a nasty incident.

                          • Hangs right but that was comfy as you like, gets quite big at a few hurdles though. Impressive if that was the real Ittack Blue.
