Big old compliments to both American Mike and Saxon's fav horse FDC.

American Mike has to go Albert if he's ok. That's definitely his best chance of a festival win. He'd be clear fav I'd think if he ended up there based on his good form with Facile.

Yep have him backed for both NRNB.
Form says he's up against it in the AB and might get a decent mark for a handicap.
But it's Dr Cromwell so you never know.

Depends if American Mike is back to his best or not, but agree Hiddenvalley Lake and FDC come out of it well. He’s got a bit to find, but funny things happen in the AB every year. Letsbeclearaboutit is one of 5 or 6 in with a shout, and that’s all you can ask for at 50/1.

Ahhh right. Agree, I'm not taken by him for whatever reason. Won't be backing him at the odds. Will leave the race alone now anyway. Backed too many in it AGAIN and I'll not be anywhere near the winner.

Yep, running Salvador Ziggy off 147 in the Pertemps tells you something.
