Crowdfunder - Fat Jockey Forum upgrade

Hello Fat Jockeys,

Upgrading the Fat Jockey forum!: https://www.crowdfunder.co.uk/p/fatjockeyforum

We're looking to upgrade the 'hosting CPU' so I've set up a crowdfunding project.

I would love it if you could donate using the link below to access my project page. Any contribution large or small will be hugely appreciated. Thank you.

      That won’t happen

Yep would have an e/w shout on soft, although it was soft at Kempton when BMG hammered him.

Maybe if he’d run him he wouldn’t have won the king George…maybe maybe not…fine margins. I certainly don’t think he would have beaten LP that day but he did when it mattered. Clearly if you owned him you would have run him. The trainer with a lifetime of success with staying chasers thought it wasn’t the right call and seeing whats happened since I don’t think it was a bad shout by him personally.

Actually, I would have done what I always do and leave it to the trainer. It wasn't so much his action of the withdrawal that jarred, it was publicly having a go at the clerk of the course. Bitch all you want in private but he came over as a frustrated bully that day.

Ok so it was his comments not his decision. Fair enough. Obviously the behind closed doors thing is a big deal to you and I understand that. Presumably you disagree with Willie calling out his jockey at the DRF on camera too? If so did you post your disapproval on here?

No. Paul is an employee who also gets plenty of plaudits so it's completely different. As an outsider, I didn't particularly approve but he who pays the piper....

As it happens, I didn't call out PFN at the time either because that too was said in the heat of the moment.

Which imo is a big shame.
                        Hopefully next year

                        • Unsurprisingly, the Shark confirmed to Racing TV today that Hewick won’t run if the ground is soft.

                              • Not one mention for Conflated at the preview tonight!

Every horse ‘with a chance’ discussed with the exception of him. I know Davy doesn’t talk up his rides too often, but not one of the panel mentioned him. Agree with Ista from way back, think he has a massive chance.
