I'd go for the Cleeve though - the Reynoldstown is a horror of a race in the typical Ascot February bog.
fit in well with aintree though.
If he won well at ascot I could see them considering cheltenham RSA but probably save for aintree.
If he looks ropey again, I could see them also skipping cheltenham and running in the 3 mile hurdle at aintree.

I think the cleeve, stayers, then aintree would also fit in quite well.
I was watching the latest instalment of paul nicholls ditcheat diary on you tube, filmed on monday, i think. When asked about stage star, would he be a turners or rsa horse, he said he'd get an entry in both so would mcfabulous, no mention of gelino bello.
The date of his blog where he mentions the reynoldstown precedes thee day he got the entry for the stayers.
I reckon the plan has changed.
Not a big user of the exchanges so any input would be appreciated, is it not very strange that Charles Byrnes has been pretty negative about blazing khal making it, saying it’s “50/50 at best” yet his price on the exchange is barely budging? Usually in situations like this the horse drifts like a barge at some point doesn’t it, like sir gerhard getting matched at 100 or whatever it was. my bets on the horse on 365 are suspended but I have a roll up on him on paddy power which I was considering cashing for a profit but the reputation of that stable has me in two minds, could he just be making it sound worse than it is with the intention of the stable grabbing huge prices on the exchange?

What I gather is that Charles B may not be dishonest.. but he can certainly bend the truth

The money on BF for Blazing Khal is peanuts and quite possibly the same backer placing the orders on three consecutive prices. The fact there is no one laying a larger price is probably because half the public can't understand a word Charles says and the half that understand him don't believe him..

Yeah I think I’m just going to do nothing and let it play out, don’t know what to make of that situation and I’d be more angry if I cashed out and he made it there and won, than I would be over losing out on a bit of cash out profit.

I'm in a similar position, have BK in a couple of roll ups. I find the enhanced price I'm getting via the roll up means I usually let the bets play out (unless I really don't fancy the horse any more). In this case I would be glad to have BK onside if he turned up so will stand my ground. I've a sneaky feeling we might see him.
