Haha, my thoughts on the Ryanair have been put about plenty so I won't waste any more time on its not going to change anything.



Working with the information we have.....

You'd say Haut En Couleurs won't be supplemented, as beaten and the owners have Shishkin, and Fakir D'oudaries surely skips for Aintree (along with Pic D'Orhy which Nicholls confirmed)



The 7/4 for the Ryanair I think is a very fair price for Shishkin now.

Fury Road and Janidil the main competition?

If he runs in the Ryanair the field will thin out considerably.
The handicappers like GA Law and French Dynamite won't be as keen also.
Think we may be looking at 6 runners or so.

I doubt the Champion Chase is on the cards now.
They will probably only go Gold cup if GDC doesn't make it.
They should have a go for the Gold cup as he looked back to his best and the trip is not relevant as he has so much class.

Bottled the 8/1 for today and festival for one of my fav horses!!
Really thought he was just not wanting it anymore.
Oh dear, haha.
But so great to see him do that today and never been more happy to be proven wrong.
Will get him onside for Ryanair, cos he ain’t going anywhere else.

Same here pal, couldn't have him for anything after his last couple of runs as also thought he was gone at the game but even though I've not got a penny on him nothing would give me greater pleasure than for him to win again at the festival.

Me too. It was a fabulous performance. You don't need to bet on horses like him to enjoy them. He was poetry in motion. What's that saying 'Form is temporary, Class is permanent '. People who think horse racing is cruel and that they are not loved or looked after properly should just take a look at the emotion that Nicky showed when Shishkin jumps the last clear. No words are necessary. That's why I love this sport so much. Great day.

Well said Lobos pal! Said the exact same to a mate on mine, did not care one bit about betting, that performance was Shishkin pre Champion Chase.

Could tell after first couple fences, I actually messaged a mate saying he’s bolting up today. Was night and day to Sandown.

Hard not to be impressed with Shishkin yesterday and as others have said it's good for racing when a star performs, but I'm not sure 11/10 for the Ryanair is right.
Hoping that performance has scared connections of GA Law and they have a rethink now and go back to the Ultima...

There's so little opposition, and yesterday has probably got rid of his three biggest market rivals.

You're basically betting on Shishkin being back to form for two races in a row. As if he is he's much too good for the rest.

I does look a weak division.
Fury Road has been consistent all season and has fewer questions to answer than most, Envoi Allen maybe ?
You're right though, break it down and there's not a great deal of opposition...

Yeah, he is if he repeats that in March.
I did the Janadil double yesterday,but don’t hold out much hope!!
Shishkin is just different class.
