In all serious, I dont get Vauban.... and happy to hear other thoughts on him
I had Stateman ahead of Vauban before their clash and will continue to have Stateman ahead of him. My view on these ex-juveniles is to leave them be in their first year in open campaign. I would have been more hopeful if they just had the season off with Vauban and bring him back out next season. He hasnt done that. So, back to the same old broken formula: juvenile campaign followed by a poor season in open company, followed by 1-2 seasons trying to make something of it

It's just the right race at the right price potentially imo. He'd not be on my mind as beating Constitution Hill in the proper Champion Hurdle.

For the record I'm not even on Twitter, or any form of social media other thank LinkedIn, I'm boring like that. So I appreciate any info shared on here, when I can access it. That Instagram x country video was a step too far.
I am convinced Vauban was the one to take out of the race though and look forward to seeing this. Probably more interesting than the CH to be honest, as it's actually competitive.
Do we think Danny Mullins will get the ride on Vauban?

Would be interesting to see whether he changes tactics. I thought Vauban was a little outpaced at one stage around the bend, got upsides but then appeared to be one paced again.
I feel all three of them (Honey, State and Vauban) are stayers over 2 miles. I'm excited for this race, should be a good one.
I do think this will come down to tactics, and confidence Rachael will just do what she did last year in this race. Question is, will Paul or Danny do something to interfere with the plan, or... maybe, they wont have to... Honeysuckle doesnt find anything and its a shoot out between the two mullins again.
Hope all three line up
