Would quite like someone to price that up reasonably so Vauban can be an each way bet

Not sold on the Vauban was the one to take out of that race theory myself.
It was a promising run, no doubt.
But State Man looked even more promising.
The course configuration for Dublin should also suit Honeysuckle and State Man, and I can see those 2 battling it out over the last. Like the good old days.

I've watched the race several times and Vauban does get switched out at the wrong time when at the same time State Man really lengthens. The race is at that point over. Vauban doesn't make any ground up on him on the short run in though so maybe he was a worthy winner. I do think it'll be closer between them next time though.

When I say one paced, it's a very good competitive pace don't get me wrong.
He has gears, But I don't think he has a Turbo option. Like the best 2 milers usually have.
You don't always need it but if you haven't got it then that one pace has to be a relentless one.
Not sure even if he has that, that they'll ride him that way.
Could easily be wrong as we've barely seen him but that's my angle at the minute.

Coral are... Nobody else.
3/1 Vauban with 1/5th odds 1-3.... Anyone know running plans on the rest, and what's actually likely to turn up?

I'm backing Honeysuckle!
I have nothing on Constitution Hill for the Champion Hurdle. So, the Champion Hurdle will be my "Heart over head" race this year.
My options
1) No bet. And enjoy it. But thats little dull and boring
2) Back Honeysuckle for the ICH and to win the CH
Potential outcome...a) She loses at the ICH, and we say bye to her. I don’t want to back any other horse for that race anyway. Heart over head.
b) she wins, and then I can cheer her on again the CH. Heart over head
c) she wins both races, not only am I sitting on some decent odds but I’ve probably witness (hopefully) a amazing race whilst cheering on Honeysuckle
I think Outcome B is probably the likely one here.
I’d have Honeysuckle over Vauban, and Stateman is good but… I’m more than happy to take him on at the ICH
Wonder if a bookies will put up a "ICH and Champion Hurdle Without C-Hill". I'd have a decent stake on that
Come on Honey!!!!
