  • She's 7/2 Any Race with Sky if anyone actually fancies her for the Mares Hurdle.

    • Let’s be straight talking here
      Henry was talking shite
      Of course it’s an option
But it’ll only have a sniff of happening if she’s disappointing in Dublin
So 11-1 is or was a decent price
The owner will decide anyway and unless she’s not well I can’t think of many people who owned her who’d not run her in the champion hurdle wether constitution was a there or not.
      Henry was simply waffling away.
The enter them in the race I think they can win mantra is becoming boring .

If there was a downvote button I’d give you one.

Final sentence is so out of touch, presume no intent but that just reads terrible Q.

Go out on your sword, as long as she’s fit and well of course.
Yeah I understand what you say.
Im just thinking they might think the Mares is the only chance of another festival win
Like I said though, it just depends what the owners want.

Well if you really want to have a bet on her then 11/1 is probably best you will get, cos yes that will go if she wins the Irish CH well.
Personally I’m forgetting the CH for now as betting race, and will look at options near the day.

                  • Despite the normal consensus for any horse, that a 2nd in Ch.hurdle is better than a 1st in a Mares I can 100% agree the reasoning with HS. She isn’t the same horse and ideally they want honeysuckle walking back into the parade ring one last time at Cheltenham as a winner. Not to bow out in the background of the main event where CH is building his own legacy.

K.Alexander & HDB both say she owes them nothing. If she has a better chance in the mares for that final celebration than that will be it

                    • We've been here with Henry before trying to misinterpret or second guess him but he usually sticks to his word, and the owners will let him have the final say as we've already heard off them (If henry wants to call it a day, then that is it)... I'd say if she wins the Irish Champion impressively they'll go for the Champ Hdle, but anything else, then the Mares will be the plan.

                        Yes, mine also greyed out.

                        • Honeysuckle is also greyed out for the Champion Hurdle too, FWIW. Not unsurprising, given the recent waffle from Henry but wonder if NRNB will come in soon from them, given how strong Constitution Hill is anyway.

                          • B365 are being so annoying with these grey outs

moved to PP this season, typically after I put a large single on Jonbon… damn PP for paying out early lol

You are going to have to come up with something better than that boys to get his price to drift !!
