DML in the 2m hurdle as expected.

4 left in the Champion Chase.
    Come on the Envoi

I'm wondering if there is a change of tact from Gordon this season. The way he campaigned Salvador Ziggy, case in point. Assuming he ends up in the NH Chase as it looked as though this was the route, he ended up in the American Grand National, which was nothing like the route he'd normally take for a horse for that race at the festival.

Maybe he's clocked on to Saxon Warrior good work and thought he'd shuffle it about a bit

You'd have to be a die hard, blinkered trends man to back Pay The Tab! Pulled up in his only point to point and sired by Getaway. Get in the bin.

DOC on DML is a puzzling one?

          • Stay Away Fay v Grey Dawning is a reasonably decent Novice Chase clash tomorrow at Exeter. Looking forward to seeing that as well as the Down Royal action. Not sure if I've missed that discussion.

I thought that, but doesn't he get some kind of dibs on JP's runners? I know he's the go to for bumper runners. Mark Walsh is at Gowran for four runners ...

I'm not sure if there is an arrangement is but it's a little strange that Jack wouldn't ride him. If Mark Walsh got injured for a graded race, would JP really sub in DOC instead of the stable jock?

Agree, but much prefer to see DML in this race than the 2m6f one, so it's a step in the right direction for the Ballymore. I've just been topping up on him.

Huge plunge and a horse with that name sounds like a Daily Sport headline writers dream.

Whilst Saxons race planning would have you believe he could be 'the one' I struggle to see it, myself. I just don't like him. Pretty low key p2p's, and I don't like his breeding.

                            It's a no from me.
