  • Don't think Walsh is riding at Fairyhouse Sunday.
And the weight might be a factor with regards the juveniles.
Can't remember if Townend gets down that low very often. I'm not sure.
Don't care cos I've backed neither, but someone may find solace if this is a factor or not

      • Does anyone have knowledge on IMMORTAL running tomorrow for the Henderson yard. Is there any excitement regarding his entry? Notably its the same debut race as Constitution Hill. Would have to be pretty special to beat authroised speed first time out mind you. Do many novices run 140rpr first time out? (likey would need to do so to win?)

This is taken from Hendo's horses in training brochure for 22/23: "Immortal is a gorgeous, big, strong grey gelding by a sire I like, Montmartre. He joined us in the spring and did some nice work but, apart from the ground being a bit too quick, he was also a very big boy and he did everything we asked of him. We didn't push too hard and liked everything we saw. He is back in and having filled out considerably, ready to start straightaway, I would imagine over hurdles, and he is going to make a spectacular chaser one day."

…apparently not eligible for March. (Edit; misread as Hunters, apologies).

Isn't that just for the Hunters? Cross Country I think he's fine?

                      • Gaelic Warrior declared over 2m at Tramore on Tuesday. It’s a race Willie used to send decent mares to when it was limited to the fairer sex.

                        • I notice Impose Toi has a raft of entries coming up, all around the 2m4f mark. Something to think about if you’re sitting on any Supreme tickets..

Not exactly marquee tracks for his entries either.
