    Thanks, that'll do for me.

Vadamos is now part of Coolmores National Hunt roster so he’s definitely going to a name to keep an eye on over jumps for the next few years, especially as he’s had PTP winners now.

I'd be very disappointed if he was, it'd have to be a bang average year at best, i'm finding it difficult to imagine him even placing. Sexy looking RPR from his PTP but there's barely any form to go on from it (Not KOK's fault) and what there is is total dog egg. Gigginstown with all they've had in their armoury down the years have never had anything in the first 3 of the bumper. It's not for me Clive.
I agree on the Gigginstown angle and him not being a certain runner if good enough.

Not sure I’m on board with the rest though. I’ve said this a few times but PTP form is not something I’d ever let effect much judgement. If you had time to look back at some of the best horses to come from the points, you’d probably find barely any form in behind their victories either. I think too much has been made recently of Barry The Butcher and An Tobar having this amazing form from their races, but they are outliers in my opinion.

Vadamos has only recently moved to Coolmore to stand as a National Hunt sire so that indicates their opinion of him being able to sire NH horses in the future. It also means he’ll start to receive a different type of mare now too.

He’s entered on Friday against the best 4yo in France (Hawaii Du Berlais) so that will be a chance to see how he stacks up again. Interestingly there is a potential form line to Irish Point in the same race. Il Est Francais makes his third start over hurdles (up in grade) and he finished second behind Irish Point in his grade one bumper win.
All the main protagonists stood their ground so their could be some form lines on offer before the weekend decs.

              • Feu Du Bresil entered at Fairyhouse too. Feel like I've been waiting to see this horse for about 5 years!

                    • Cougar in the 3 year old hurdle is a decent horse to oppose Old Victoria. Let's see how she copes with him.

I'm interested to see it they've cured Vanilliers spine problems and his jumping improves. He has a decent engine but may be a bit short for him.

Honky Tonk is related to Arctic Fire who was a good horse on the flat and hurdles. If he has similar ability he could make a race of it with KOK

                      • Fortunate Soldier declared at Aintree.

He was 3rd in his debut P2P, finishing behind Act of Authority and Jet Smart and I like all 3 of them.

Won his next P2P, beating American Sniper who won yesterday at Chepstow and the 3rd won his next P2P.

One I'll be keeping an eye on.
