Yep, might have some good odds on offer. The order in which they finish could easily differ though come March. I do believe TJM is overpriced in comparison to Dancing City as he beat him by a fair way in the Albert.

Reversed that quite comfortably at Aintree didn't he. But I don't disagree with price difference probably being too big at this stage. If you're using that AB as the only form line then TJM looks a hell of a bet tomorrow. Beat Captain Teague and Jonny half the track.

Agree they may finish in a different order come March but whichever takes best to fences now is likely to be the same come March imo. Which is where the WTAF comes in. I want 50s+ mind

Of stable tours are anything to go by (particularly Willies) then Jonnywho will be JP McManus' sole participant in the BANC. I only have Majborough covered for the BANC and don't intend on covering him for the Arkle. I just can't see him having the pace for an Arkle. He will come out and win his beginners chase easily enough I'm sure but I don't see In anyway where he can keep up with the likes of a Ballyburn, Firefox, Inthepocket or even L'eau Du Sud. McManus is mob handed in the Arkle, if one is moving up then surely it’s n large him. Winning the Triumph points to a stayer regardless of age, he would be In there with a race full of other novices. Either Jonnywho is outstanding or somebody is pulling the wool

By in large Triumph winners are stayers not speed merchants, but there’s always outliers;

Aye, that's the problem with Hills being the ones offering the WTAF market isn't it. They're worst price on most the festival markets!

Relative to the 16s the 40s is actually alright like.

Looking through the role of honour for that beginners, it would point you more towards the old NHC then an Arkle!

Just a tip of the hat to Harry Derham for sending one over to Ireland, for the Grade 3, 4 year old hurdle.

I'd like to see this happen more.

Also a nice little maiden hurdle the race before. A Dream To Share, Ballybow, Ballygunner Castle, Dontstopthemusic & Harbour Highway, all of interest going forward, as well as some Romeo Coolio form on the line as Ivybrook (albeit beaten 18 lengths by RC) runs in the race too.

He did say the other week he doesn't mind what distance he starts them out over so I wouldn't get too worked up. No doubt after the race he'll say he could go out in trip or down in trip no problem. Its Willie's way.

He says this, but he's never run a horse in this race and gone to the Arkle with them, however he has gone to the BANC (or Turners) with a few of them, most recently, Monkfish!

We decided not to go chasing with him last season, but that’s what he’ll do this season. We’d like to get him out soon if we can and I think he has a chance to be a top novice chaser this season. He seemed very suited by mid-range trips over hurdles, but we’ll work out what way to point him based on what he does on the track. If we feel he needs a mid-range trip, we might have to wait for Fairyhouse or Aintree with him which will be Cheltenham’s loss, but there we are, nothing stays the same.
