When they used to be owners, Robbie Fowler and Steve McManaman had 'Some Horse' and 'Another Horse' - read that in Fowler's autobiography.

I have a couple of shares in Come On du Berlais with Gordon Elliott but if I'm ever lucky enough to own one outright, i plan on calling him/her "The Brown One"

'My Face' would be what I'd call mine if I could get away with it.

Just noticed that Ahorsewithnoname has an entry in the CES and has been backed into favourite to follow in footsteps of Buzz. If she were to win that then what price would she be for Cheltenham?

If she won that she'd be rated around 105 on the flat, and the temptation to get her covered as a broodmare next spring may be a big pull.

Much better to back her for the Ces, than any Hurdles race at Cheltenham at the minute.

                    August Yankee:
                    Jet Powered (Supreme) at 16/1
Three Stripe Life (Turners) at 14/1
Langer Dan (Stayers Hurdle) at 25/1
                    Stattler (Gold Cup) at 16/1

                    Best Price - 127,737/1
                    Bookmaker - Ladbrokes*

*Technically its Quinnbet but since they’re a new and small firm, it’s probably unwise us all betting it there just in case it won at 135,000/1

                      ….many thanks Middle_Of_March. Prices with Hills for those with an a/c appear better;

                      Jet Powered 16-1
                      TSL 12-1*
                      Langer Dan 33-1
                      Stattler 20-1

                      Acca 157,793-1

*There is a slight glitch on Oddschecker with TSL listed separately for Hills because of a misspelling.

                        Youre right.

Didnt win the Ces (sadly) 2nd beaten 1.5L, with a further 9L back to a distant 3rd.
                        Didnt win at Cheltenham either.

                        And she’s a 113 rated Flat horse
……and beaten in the Cesarewitch off 98.

I think I may have been more right backing her at 16s for the Cesarewitch and not a penny on her for Cheltenham though.
Than just backing her for Cheltenham
