Triumph doesnt count as a novice race im pretty sure, Quilixios won in March the year prior in a hurdle race and was allowed to run in it

Apologies, I was referring to Saxon Warrior earmarking the Mares Novices as a target, not the Triumph.

Winning that early in the year should mean she isn’t a Novice Hurdler at all.

But as the Triumph Hurdle is a Juvenile race, not a Novice race, then she could run in that, or the Boodles.

Will go through this thread in full in the next couple of days and have it up for later in the week. Plenty of good arguments made as usual.
