Bob olinger for the stayers? I think he was a better hurdler vs a chaser and he certainly doesn’t look like he wants to go down on trip alongside the stable having honey so j can’t see a champion hurdle campaign. Ryanair could have GDC or allaho at a minimum

He didn’t look like a stayer in the turners, he looked like the tank was completely empty jumping the last. Not sure he wants 3 miles

I still wonder if that was Bobs true running..
niggled at and emptied very quickly..
certainly not a natural over a fence even with the schooling..

not doubting GDC who it looked was just a class above on the day..

One I jotted down through this season was The Bosses Oscar for NHC.
Need something to avenge RWF and he could fit the profile early doors.

He simply doesn't jump well enough to win a race like that.

Could it be bob olinger is like samcro and envoi allen and just not as good as everyone was expecting him to be ? I'm not saying he is and hopefully he was just not at his best on Wednesday.

Agree Bonjers. On the banned list when connected with NHC.

look lads, we all love the second season novice angle.

Just kidding…but seriously he will stay the distance…

Henry says he’s likely to stay over fences. Also says his jumping won’t be an issue over 3 miles …. Sounds like GC might be the target.

                          Mercurey - ballymore
                          Sir G - Arkle
                          jonbon - turners

Do you believe these are most likely race options for the above ?

Learned my lesson from last year not to go too hard too early on these. The only one that tempts me currently is Banbridge at 20/1 for the National Hunt Chase but won't be backing that yet.

Another NHC horse for me and I'll likely wait to see what happens with Punchestown entries etc but Gaillard du Mesnil could have a nice profile for this race and 20s is available with Unibet.
