Looks like we already have our overall yankee sorted - just kidding!

Thought I'd give this a bump... we have 4 suggestions so far (including my own!):-

    Ginto (Ballymore?)
    Blue Lord (Arkle)
    Queens Brook (Mares Hurdle)
    Dubai Quest (Hunters Chase)

Let's have some more food for thought before noon on Monday please

Gonna be horrible when inevitably we end up with 4 different selections now and these all win

You favouring win or each way overall?

On what we currently have it would have to be on the nose obvs! But I would be open to either approach depending on the final selections/prices and I'm keen to see more opinions and choices

When trying to pick out an overall short/long list at this stage I inevitably end up with a real mixed bag of strong fancies at single figures along with those at decent ew prices and that dynamic will have a bearing on the type of selections/bet that make our final cut. We could go for a short price bankers win yankee or a complete longshots ew yankee. Perhaps 1-2 decent single figure fancies with 2-3 longer shots with either betting option.

Perhaps as a suggestion going forward we could each give 2 strong win selections and 2 ew selections... then hopefully some inspired consensus emerge that can be formulated into a lucrative yankee

              Mares Hurdle - Queens Brook
              Kim Muir - Frontal Assault

              EW plays:

              Ultima - Fantastikas
              Stayers - Song for someone

Gaelic Warrior wins by 14 lengths hard on the staff with Townsend swinging his cock at the crowd by the finish line and shouting ‘they gave this weapon a mark of 129’ while laughing hysterically.

Townsend has been gelded to take a few more pounds off
