Is the horse in question still 25/1?

Exciting times! Great to have you back
    Might be!

          • Would be my only pre race day handicap investment, so yes, bring it on please. No pressure, like.

A group of the desperate await. And then we all follow in behind the Pied Piper. Who cares, a bit of mug punting can be healthy.

              • I'm just waiting for the handicap decs on Tuesday as a precaution somer, and unless there's a run of money for said horse, I'd expect we'll be good to go by the end of the week. Or whenever Kev says I can.

                • As much as I love you Spectre I cannot have this horse (Nassalam) at all.

We knew that already...it’s not like you’re the international man of mystery

                    • What seems to have been missed/ignored with Nassalam is that he was going to run at the December meeting over 3m 2f but overnight snow prevented the wagon from leaving the yard.
I remember backing him that morning at a fairly short price, was very well fancied.
It won’t satisfy the doubters about his ability to stay but it does show this isn’t a new plan, stepping up has been on their mind for a while…

Absolutely....only thing I disagree with is I thought it left the yard

May well have done RB, inaccessible roads was the comment at the time, somewhere in deepest Sussex…

                          • That'll be a new fucking stat for the race.

10/10 of the last winners "left the yard" intending to run in a 3 mile chase, or actually did run in a 3 mile chase.

                            Then for 2024.

10/10 of the last winners "thought" about running in a 3 mile chase, or actually did run in a 3 mile chase.

                            And 2025

10/10 of the last winners were stabled next to a horse that actually ran in a 3 mile chase.

Puts some of the Stats listed in perspective me thinks.
Can add a different slant on them to make them fit almost anything if you really want to.

                              • We need to know where the wagon made it to so we know where it’s 9/10 or 10/10 horses that made it further than the A27….
