Noonan rides for Pipe so maybe tied up with him in some way over Cheltenham week riding elsewhere.

Makes you think Pipe is planning on running Gericault Roque and Remastered in the Ultima.

          GQ-The Ultima Chase.
trainer form-negative. never won the Ultima
Age-only one 6yo in the last 12+years-massive negative
Best RPR over 3+m crucial-never raced over 2.4m-massive negative
Looking to have a run 25/26th this month on heavy ground in advance of running in the Ultima 18 days later-massive negative.

All in all I cant think of many worse bets at the price in this race.

Lot of issues with this post Doctor
I think a second opinion is required and you may be getting struck off.

Get your coat, and take the RPR stat with you, as that's all you've got.

But had already posted his best RPR over 3m at Exeter. GQ cannot win. Case closed.

                    • Think he's had 3 festival winners as well, which is a fair record for a small yard.

                        • All winners this century had recorded their best RPR over at least 3 miles.
You wouldn't want to be hanging your hat on that stat would you..............................

Had it down as a Nicholls horse, hence the Trainer negative. I stand corrected on that point.

I'm with you on the RPR stat, you know that.
But that post was not good, was it ?
You should have a lie down.
                              And reflect.

Possible options if ground becomes an issue? or cancelled meeting?
With a view to the Ultima?

Given theyre 2 massive prizes over 3M only 2 weeks apart then the horse was only ever going to run, with a win chance, at Kempton or Cheltenham IMO.

So the Warwick entry is a good sign for the Ultima.

Not a definitive one, but a good one.

I’m saying about the possibility of Kempton being unsuitable ground, and the Warwick entry might be a back up?

Absolutely the Warwick race is a good sign for the Ultima and I hope that’s the reasoning.
