Also races like Aintree G2 mares bumper etc.
I see your point... I’ll wait before I hear anything more about her before I get her in the book then!

No.....but I wouldn't back him before seeing an entry or hearing an update.

        • Kilcruit was an impressive winner today by 9 lengths. I swear I read somewhere that he was going hurdling and he had an entry last week over hurdles in fact but was pulled out.

does anyone know anything about him?

He was with Tony Mullins but moved over to Willie before his impressive run yesterday. On his previous bumper outing he was secind to WM's Captain Kangaroo, so WM has a good angle on their respective form. I too had heard that Kilcruit was likely to go over hurdles but following the switch of stables I wondered whether the plan could change if he was any good and be targeted at the Cheltenham. Bumper. The owner also has Appreciate It and Carefully Selected. I backed Kilcruit yestrrday before he run in the hope that he might follow the Bumper route which seemed OK for Appreciate It.

I can't find any comments yet from connections to corroborate any of this, so it was purely educated guess at this stage.

Patrick said he thinks he stays in bumpers

See above, the quote actually was 'I hope he will stay in bumpers'.

Yeah them quotes are from yesterday.
He was interviewed today so there not the quotes I'm referencing.

Likely they regrouped afterwards I would think with Willie & owner.

                      • I wonder if he knows for sure that Letsbeclearaboutit isn't coming here then because given the choice that is the one I would want to ride?

Cromwell said he doesn't think he will send him to the bumper as he wants to mind him so for now wouldn't be on mind for it
Kilcruit bred by Mullins grandmother so a nice bit of incentive for Paddy (which we already seen when he jumped off Captain kangaroo to ride this fella)

I know that but as a consequence wouldn't you expect to have seen at least the slightest drift in Letsbeclearaboutit. He hasn't moved at all.

As for this one Mullins did his usual of sitting still as long as possible and by the time he went for home the others had already emptied. I would like to see a rematch with the runner up.

                            • Boost to Sir Gerhard form with Kinnegad lad winning the last at musselburgh today, albeit a very very small boost. Good to see horses at least winning out of his debut.

                              • Is kilcruit heading for the bumper then? I’m sure he was jocked up for a hurdle race last week before being pulled overnight?
