Don't think this will be a massive shock to anyone, but thought I'd post incase others found this useful.

Apparently the "Win today and Cheltenham" bets at sky are antepost for the first leg as well as the second, regardless of when the bet is placed. For example I backed the Altior Tingle Creek & QMCC double literally 10 minutes before he got withdrawn I had assumed it would be settled at SP, but Sky have confirmed that it is going to be a loser.

...interesting, I had a notification of option to void or have SP on 2nd leg. Obviously it’s different for bets before final decs of the 1st leg.

Yeah I had one at the weekend which was a NR after final decs and after being told over chat it was a loser it was subsequently voided
