A fucking nightmare keeping tabs on this, this time of year.

    Might just close the thread.
    You mean....

The OUT of the festival thread is OUT of the festival ??

While we're on the subject, I still hate every one of you that posts in that thread.
Especially the one's who are just putting in idle chatter. You know who you are (the experienced ones are the worst)

Like people who fucking talk at the pictures.
I want to kill them (literally).
Probably by suffocation, by force feeding something down their throats till their liver explodes, like they do with Ducks in France.

    I can imagine it now.

            • Jordan Gainford is on The Bosses Oscar. If he's as good as everyone is saying, his 7lbs should make a big difference.

....5/2 to ride 1 winner, 14-1 to ride 2 with Hills.

                • Is there a list of each qualifying race with finishing positions anywhere? Am sure I’ve seen one on here but can’t find it for the life of me. Tried the World Wide Web but given up - one day I will find the time to work out how to navigate the BHA website...

                    • Posted this in the day 3 thread but will mention here as it looks a decent angle to me

The Bosses Oscar is 4/1 (1/4 odds, 4 places) in the "without Imperial Alcazar/Champagne Platinum market" with 365.

                      He's 11/2 7 places (1/5 odds) at Sky, and best price 6/1 (5 places 1/4 odds) with 365....

But that's a decent concession to take isn't it? If the two market rivals happen to beat him, you'd still get paid as a winner and it's not exactly mad deep with likely winners?

                      • I quite like Kansas City Chief @ 6/1 to place in this (7 places) with Sky. 6th in this last year carrying 6lbs more than he is today.

I think this is a really good shout and the 50/1 with 7 places is overpriced.
                          • Festival form finishing 6th in this last year in what looks like a stronger race on paper. He finished way behind the front two but look at their prices for the Stayers.
                          • Qualified for this race with a 3rd at the course so likes it here.
                          • Ran off 133 last year and now off 126. Riders claim takes it down to 121, 12lb lower. Jockey is in decent form and will only carry 9-10.
                          • Front runner and will be up with pace. I liked the way he stayed on when headed last year and didn’t think he got much assistance from the saddle in qualifier from his inexperienced jockey but still stayed on quite nicely.
                          • Likes better ground when some of these have been running in the mud all year and it might happen too quickly.
At the age of 12, he may be on the downgrade and his last two runs haven’t been that encouraging but that’s helped with his mark.

He should be one to give you a good run for your money and hopefully he’s there about at the last. 50/1 looks too big.

Great shout Kev. I’ve got enough on TBO but like this and had a poke

                            • Where do we think the pace is going to come from in this race?

Kansas City Chief could be allowed the lead and it may not be a particularly quick pace if he isn't pushed for the lead. It could be quite congested behind and the market leaders are usually mid division/held up.

I can see the interest in Kansas City Chief for a place if there isn't a disputed lead.

                              • Well supported enough but Mrs Milner hits every single stat I’ve got in my notes on this race. Added with sky’s 7 places. Notably Paul Nolan’s only runner of the week too
