As per the Coral Cup thread, I mentioned Dallas Des Pictons. He's now been added to this market also, at 33/1, which is NRMB also.

He obviously needs to qualify still, but there is still a chance to do so, however it would be unlikely should he run this weekend at the DRF, which would then bring the Coral Cup in as an option. I've made a small case on that race thread so won't go repeating myself.

Nice to see DDP get an entry in the Pertemps qualifier. Been cut today by PP/Betfair to 20/1 for this now. If he fails to qualify he could still go Coral Cup I guess. I like him for either, TBH.

Has anyone ever had any success in asking for horses to be added to the market to see if cashout comes back? Maybe by requesting a couple horses and say throw in CoF ?

Likelihood is he won't, no, but he would of last season, as 131 got in. Usually not this low though.

Yeah last year was unusually low tbf, anyhow those who have backed even if not NRMB if balloted money still returned.

It reminds me a little of last year, when Sire Du Berlais and Dame De Compagnie were similar prices, and ended up going off closer to half it.... and by the day being annoyed I didn't take the 9/1...
