Or the 12/1 NRNB (5 places) Pertemps?

IA got to the lead but blew up two out, on his first run for ten months.
On Saturday he was anchored out the back travelling ominously well, and really he won as he liked.
On his only Cheltenham hurdles run he was beaten a nose in a Listed Ballymore trial by Protektorat a year ago.
He has to go for the Pertemps off 147, doesn’t he?
FOB says he only got the Stayers entry in case the Irish didn’t travel.
Pertemps bet for me.
But I don’t think it’s a waste to have a few quid NRNB on the Stayers.
If he goes there it would show a lot of confidence in the horse, to skip the Pertemps off 147."Journeys to Glory, breathing in his head".

“I think we’ll target the Pertemps Final now.”
O’Brien said: “The Stayers’ Hurdle entry was made just in case the Irish horses couldn’t come over and that would deplete that race, it would give us an option, but realistically of course we’re looking at the Pertemps.

Big negative winning a qualifier.

Yeah fair enough... I wouldn't think he'd be shorter than 33/1 even without the Irish in the Stayers.
Is he well handicapped I wonder?
I like him and am a bit annoyed with him because I had him as my reserve in the tipping comp I think. Not a bet for me at the prices.
I think something better handicapped would 'do him'...

Its telling that FOB has given the handicapper a nudge to hit the Irish horses hard.
Ive got The Bosses Oscar, who will probably be a similar rating to Imperial Alcazar, and I’m happy with those.
TBO can be my stat horse, and Imperial Alcazar my “visuals” one."Journeys to Glory, breathing in his head".

.
The cynic in me thinks there may be some collusion between Irish ‘capper and Irish trainers...
