Yep, one or two that run tomorrow will run in the last Irish qualifier I reckon.

    • The Bosses Oscar entered on Sunday at Musselburgh in a qualifier. Obviously Gordon wants to see what mark he’ll get.

Might affect where Column Of Fire runs next...

If he's not happy with the mark for The Bosses Oscar...

What do we have as the spread for TBOs mark? 148 - 150?

I’d be amazed and very happy if it was below 148. Would be very harsh anything above 150.

I think flooring Porter may have really screwed him over to be honest

              • 146/147. Call me a dreamer.

But he’s been campaigned ‘fairly’ this year.

so don’t think the handicapper will make an example of him.

Yeh. He'll have to be good to win off that mark.

That's a painful amount of tax, IMO!

They only have themselves to blame for that one though. A much quieter ride in the qualifier would have seen them right.

That might force hand with CoF, does his chance of going to Punchestown for the qualifier now improve ?

Seems very, very harsh to me.

Yeah, unfortunately they didn't have their jockeys available did they, so had to rely on whoever was going spare!

                              • Aswell as CoF, I wonder if that will tempt them to run Torygraph in a pertemps qualifier?

Or, if G thinks he has that much in hand he’d probably be bang there in the Grade1 Bartlett. So surly he goes Bartlett.

                                what do people think?
