Crowdfunder - Fat Jockey Forum upgrade

Hello Fat Jockeys,

Upgrading the Fat Jockey forum!: https://www.crowdfunder.co.uk/p/fatjockeyforum

We're looking to upgrade the 'hosting CPU' so I've set up a crowdfunding project.

I would love it if you could donate using the link below to access my project page. Any contribution large or small will be hugely appreciated. Thank you.

Do we think tapped for toe? I took him for the County as do rate him - he was 3rd at the last and just seemed to tire to me. May top up for this too then - got a little on any race but 3 places.....

He’s a staying chaser in the future for me so the MP is more likely imo

I’ve been waiting for him to step up all season... perfect profile for this IMO

Really Lobos? I thought a 68L thumping then PU PU read really well

He clearly didn't take to chasing and yes, the hurdles run LTO would be a concern, but he's nearly 60/1 EW 5 places. Form has been poor, but his second in the race last year reads very well, and he was a good 4th 4L behind Chantry house over hurdles too. His hurdles form at Cheltenham is actually very good and I can forgive any horse not taking to fences. It's simply the wrong price. He's 33 in most spots and went off 9/1 last year. His recent form means he might go off around 20's, and I can get 3 times the price now. Easy decision. In the MP he beat Great White Shark now rated 146, The Bosses Oscar now rated 151, Happygolucky who looks good over fences, perhaps they have all improved and Pileon hasn't, but off a mark of 140 I think he can remain competitive at a huge price.

              • Conditional Jockey's are classed as professionals not amateurs aren't they?

Yes certainly. As a conditional you’re essentially a ’trainee pro jockey’

Excellent, I thought that was the case, just didn't know if Covid was just amateurs.

                    • ....Night Edition being backed for the Morebattle forces me to back it for this @ 40-1 NRNB (and in the absence of a ‘win today’ offer). Pipe’s can land a Festival bonus double & what better than in this race. NE was only just touched off in last years Boodles.

I've backed him to win the Morebattle tomorrow and I'm debating putting the potential winnings on him in the County rather than the MP.

I really think the MP will suit more than the County but he'd be unlikely to get a run off 134, imo. Might squeeze into the Country hurdle off that mark, just.

....cheers, I better back it for the County.

I took 24-1 with boost for tomorrow, it’s a sea of blue and looking like it could go off single figures.

250-1 NRNB to win tomorrow & MP but no offer for County.

                          • Having backed Spiritofthegames NRNB in the Pertemps, then Coral.... I've only just realised he's low enough and still entered here.

Given he's run on the New Course so well previously, I'm adding at 33/1 NRNB here too.

Surely there are unexposed horses that are better handicapped than this 9yo...

Put up on ATR on their ante post focus for this.
