            If fire attack settles in the bigger field and faster pace 138 drastically underestimates his raw ability imo

                  Fire Attack is trained by Joseph so shouldn't have any issues with being able. Hopefully he gets in as we are in agreement that 138 possibly underestimates his latent ability and the pace of a normal County should suit him.
