I'd say that unless he's being deliberately plotted at the County, they'll be open minded at the moment, and he'll have one more run before they decide.

Apologies if this has already been posted. The horse that Gallyhill beat in his PTP (Ballybegg) won last week by 18 lengths at Hereford and looked impressive doing so.
Fingers crossed for a good hurdling debut tomorrow

I'm not sure I could name a horse that's ever even had a run at Hereford though. I wasn't even aware they had a track (no disrespect intended, my own ignorance I'm sure!) so in terms of form I wouldn't be using it as a boost - one of those I chalk down as just "not a negative" rather than a positive.
I once met some Hereford fans in Sheffield who were up to play one of the Sheffield teams in the cup. They found it hilarious that their logo had a bull on it....so in their honour, the first (and possibly last) time I've seen the BULL emoji used properly...

On Gallyhill, i'd have thought he screamed more Ballymore or AB than here. Would hope Nicky doesn't stick him in an AB with the little experience he has.

I was surprised by a Hereford course too and I’m sure he beat trees, but, GOD DAMN IT KEV. I missed all the prices on AI & am now scrapping around for alternatives - I’m looking through my Gallyhill tinted glasses of course!!
So, come 1:10PM tomorrow you’ll see me coming on here with the classic “there’s your supreme winner lads” or being overly accepting & the other classic “he’ll come on for the run”

Yeah he says the same in Mark Howard’s book on which basis you would imagine that the Supreme is not on the agenda. Although I remember reading similar comments last year in the book about Shishkin and was one of the main reasons I didn’t go in again for the Supreme after he fell on debut. Supreme should be a strong pace....
There can't be that many Supreme/Ballymore winners that would have been disgraced in the 'opposite' races.... we probably make a bit too much of it in general.Comment

Well to be fair in OJA they namecheck the Ballymore and Albert Bartlett so they definitely don’t seem to see him excelling at the minimum trip. Whereas Shishkin was more 2 - 2m4. I’ll be surprised if starting at 2 miles in January he ends up in the Albert Bartlett but you couldn’t rule it out.
