He certainly could and probably will. I just struggle to see why? He has a stone to find. He might place and pick up decent prize money, but even then, if that was the plan, why hasn’t he had 1-2 more runs at G1 level to prep him for it?

Just thinking of NRNB bets that look value atm.
Can see that .... 14s is only reasonable though.... I'm just not quite taken with that price...
He had a small setback which meant he missed his second engagement (International hurdle i think it was)
Last I heard he was heading towards the champ hdle and for me there's too big a price difference between him and zanahiyr looking at the triumph form. No doubt Zanahiyr has improved rhis year but that's not to say Adagio can't improve as much. His gritty, battling qualities stand him in good stead for a race like this and his seasonal debut was an excellent comeback.

Pretty difficult to 'plot' him when he's not a novice and hasn't been able to run in handicaps . You'd imagine they're unlikely to give him a mark above 145 on today's performance.

Not an easy one Aye with him winning in France prior admittedly. The third has prob run within 3lbs of his mark and with the weight swings winner 154 3rd 142 runner up be around 146 then British tax over here not easy first run in a hcap around 150 not be far off.

I wouldn’t be surprised if they swerve Cheltenham completely as he’s in no man’s land this season.
