  • For anyone with Farout bets...looks like he wont be going Chelt:
“As decided with @WillieMullinsNH, FAROUT will not be heading to Cheltenham next month. No issues, just minding him this time around. He’s not missed a beat since he arrived in Ireland & his last run took a lot out of him. There are other prizes at home before a summer break ⭐️”

3 inches short of winning a G1 the UK handicapper won’t let him in lightly.
141 Irish mark and unless he’s had a UK rating I’m not aware of I doubt he gets in here under 147 which isn’t impossible for him but could potentially leave him exposed to one or two…

I wouldn't be keen on him here, as you say potentially better handicapped horses here

Yes there's bound to be a novice with 10lbs in hand lurking somewhere in the mid-high 130s

Something like state man, or a balco coastal/i am maximus for nicky

              Entries will be very interesting

Or a 10yr old lurking on 136 with similar in hand

A 10yr old winning a race like the county ??
                  You'd want 50-1 or better.
And likely to get that on the day on the exchange.
                  Probably even 100-1
And with that trainer and that horse I'd want bigger.

Given how the novices have been mopping up the handicaps recently I know where my money will be going

State Man I had specifically in mind when commenting.
Even with tax he could be just low 130s and would have to come here (assuming that’s what they decide) with a serious chance…

Petit mouchoir finished 2nd as a 10yr old last season, top rated in the race but never carried top weight with Jordan gainford 7lb claim global citizen carried top weight with 11-7....... 136 this year and he can breathe again, I can't wait for tomorrow and an entry

                          Like I said.
                          You should get your 100-1.
Like last year, when he was one of the worst handicapped horse's in training

He was handicapped on form from when he ran without wind issues, he is now handicapped on his form running with wind issues, my money is down Quevega and will keep going down, if he loses and is shit I will be wrong, if he wins I'll be rich. But he has lbs in hand imo now and 2 runs with rprs 14lbs and 8lbs above his rating would indicate that

                              Every horse has it's price.
                              Good luck with him.
Might even back him myself as I think he may be one that is too big on the day.
Can get some wild prices on the exchange on the Friday.
