Agreed on everyone else's sentiments Spectre . Whilst I am sure you will know this, I wanted to reassure you, that I personally remember how you made sure to explain about both the NRNB and the antepost prices before releasing the tip itself and left it up to people to decide which to back.
For those who went NRNB, no harm done anyway, and for those who wanted to poach the bigger price, I can't for one second imagine think anyone would begrudge you even a little. We all know the game. That's why we all swarm around this forum like a hive of bees, it's all in the hunt for a quality selection that comes in at a great price, and we all know the risks that hover above antepost like a dark cloud.
It was a fantastic thing to be part of regardless. Cheers again.

It's impossible to say he can't win the Plate, but given he has had numerous chances now and been beaten staying on over two and a half miles around HQ I think it's unlikely. He'll probably run another solid race, so a bet with the extra places is fair enough. It can be a bit of a specialists race, and he's become one of those.
A run towards the head of affairs in the Ultima on the Old Course would have been perfect in my opinion. He's shaped every time as though the extra distance would bring out improvement. For me they made a poor decision to not enter him today. They had nothing to lose by making the entry and having the option. They're running over three miles at Kempton, so I genuinely can't get my head around it. A prominent run on the Old Course, with much softer fences than Kempton's is easier to get trip-wise than it is around a fast flat track like Kempton.Luck is a dividend of sweat. The more I sweat, the luckier I get.

Once we saw this entry I always thought they would go for it, I was just hoping they would go Ultima as well.
Would still like to know the reasoning behind the plate rather than the Ultima.

The decision not to enter him is just bizarre. In all my years of antepost punting it's one of the strangest decisions I've seen.
All I can hope is that you accept my sincerest apologies.
